Terms and conditions for the purchase of online vouchers
1) General:
The contract is with the Hotel Gletscher & Spa Neuhintertux. Differing terms are only valid if they are mutually, expressly and written. Purchases in our online shop are only valid if the person is 18 or older.
2) Contract, payment and delivery:
The vouchers offered on the hotel website are a non-binding offer. All prices quoted are including all taxes. The online order constitutes a binding offer, which can be accepted by the Hotel Neuhintertux within 48 hours by an order confirmation via e- mail. A binding contract occurs. If no order confirmation is been sent within the period mentioned before, the offer is rejected and there is no contract. After the payment the vouchers are being sent to the customer by the Hotel Neuhintertux. To save portage the voucher will be send by email, if purchased by credit card or bank transfer. If wished the voucher can be send by post. For any delay in delivery by post the Hotel Neuhintertux is not liable. The voucher get full validity after the exact amount of fee has arrived the Hotel Neuhintertux. Theb Hotel Neuhintertux is entitled to hold back the securitized services until full payment.
3) Vouchers
The online vouchers are transmitted from the Hotel Neuhintertux with a tamper-proof code to the customer. Since the customer can print the voucher itself, several prints are possible, but only one print is worth relevant and redeemable. The first voucher cashed in INCERT voucher management system certificate with the appropriate bar code is considered to be the original and has to be immediately debited after redeeming the Hotel Neuhintertux. Should additional copies appear with the same code, we may consider it as an abuse, which may cause legal consequences. Since a voucher can be given away, there is no obligation and opportunity on the part of the Hotel Neuhintertux to check the ownership of the Redeemer. When redeeming is only checked if the appropriate bar code really released from the system and whether its voucher was actually paid. Lost vouchers will not be replaced. Also vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash value payout. If the value of the voucher is more than consumed, a new voucher will be generated using the residual value. Anyway, there is no obligation to cash out the residual value. The Hotel Neuhintertux is not required to take unpaid vouchers as payment. For operational reasons, the services listed in the voucher can only be provided by the company, if an appropriate and timely reservation has been made. The services described in the voucher may differ slightly depending on the incident, but shall not constitute a relevant impairment of the guest. If the Hotel Neuhintertux for some reason closes down, the online coupons expire. This is also the case when the operation detectable changes ownership. In such a case the Zeitgeist Vienna cannot be considered as the original issuer of the voucher.
4) Validity, Validity period:
Vouchers have no expiry date and can be redeemed at any time. All other coupons are redeemable upon prior request and availability and to the listed voucher expiration date (at least 1 year from issuance) valid. Each voucher can be redeemed only once, which is ensured by an associated with the coupon bar code or voucher number.
5) Redeemability for cash, financial reporting:
A cash redemption of the voucher or of the securitized value is not possible. The issue of a tax- based invoice can only take place at the time of redemption of the voucher.
6) Security Guarantee, Privacy Police:
Your safety is a top priority! Therefore, data such as credit card number, bank code, account number, name and address are submitted through certified payment provider whose protected SSL line are transferred in consideration of PCI compliance. Due to this measures no unauthorized person can read your data during the transmission on the internet. To provide additional security in our online store, we use a number of additional security measures. Your details will be automatically processed by us. The customer agrees due to the terms and conditions, that he should receive promotional information of the Hotel Neuhintertux. The transfer of your data to third parties does not occur.
7) Exchange, cancellation law:
Vouchers that do not match your idea, can be send back within 14 days. It is necessary that the written cancellation declaration reach the Hotel Gletscher & Spa Neuhintertux within 14 days. However, the right of withdrawal does not occur when services granted by the voucher are already used within the cancellation period. This right of return only applies to customers who qualify as consumers. In case of loss, theft or cancellation of vouchers, no reimbursement will be made by the Hotel Neuhintertux. 8) Place of jurisdiction: Governed by Austrian law for all contractual relationships. Jurisdiction is the Regional Court of Vienna, Austria.
